At Decorating Den Interiors, we specialize in one thing – beautiful decorating! It’s our mission to create spaces that reflect your taste and your lifestyle. Whether your design project involves a living room, family room, dining room, bedroom or office, we have the products and ideas to suit your every need.

Every project presents its own unique set of circumstances, so we pride ourselves on working together with our clients to find the perfect products that express their style and fit their budget. Our initial design consultation is always complimentary. We’ll discuss the specifics of your project, help determine the budget and make some preliminary design suggestions. No project is too big or too small. Depending on the size of your project, we may be able to get started after the initial meeting. Once we have a plan in place, we coordinate everything – from measuring, product ordering and finally to installation. And the best part, we handle it all, helping to make your life easier and save you valuable time and money.

At Decorating Den Interiors, it’s our goal to help you make your home in Dunrobin all that it can be.

“I hired decorator Saree Parry to help me transform my 1970’s front hall and entrance way into a modern, functional space. I badly needed more closet space. Saree listened to my concerns and gave me some great ideas. She sourced some excellent products that I probably would never have found myself. She was also the project manager which got rid of a lot of time consuming phone calls and meetings regarding product delivery and trade scheduling. All in all, it was money well spent and I would have no hesitation in recommending her services in future.”

Dunrobin took its name from Dunrobin Castle near Inverness, Scotland and was settled in the 19th century at the corner of Dunrobin Road and Thomas A. Dolan Parkway. While originally started as an agricultural community it now serves mostly as a focal point within a larger community that has a mixed population of farmers, commuters who work in Kanata and Ottawa-Gatineau, cottagers and retirees.

Dunrobin Resources:

The Dunrobin Community Association – The Dunrobin Community Association organizes, promotes and engages in recreational, social, cultural, benevolent, sports and educational activities in the Dunrobin area.

Pinhey’s Point – Nestled on the banks of the Ottawa River approximately 40 minutes west of downtown, Pinhey’s Point features a nearly 200-year-old manor house and surrounding ruins and is an Ontario Heritage Trust site. Scenic views, historic buildings, stone ruins and rolling green hills come together to create one of the most spectacular places in Ottawa to relax, learn, and explore. The site is a popular destination for boaters and cyclists.

The Pinhey’s Point Foundation – The Pinhey’s Point Foundation was established in 1980 as a voluntary, non-profit organization dedicated to the heritage aspects of the historic site Horaceville at Pinhey’s Point on the Ottawa River near Dunrobin. The property, including the interior of the house, is subject to a preservation easement with the Ontario Heritage Trust.
