South Dundas, ON Interior Decorator

Saree Parry has always been a visual person with a natural talent for design. Growing up in a family full of creatives —  her uncle graduated with a BFA, and her maternal grandmother both designed and made her own clothes — Saree believes the design gene was passed down to her.

While Saree’s heart was always set on a career in design, she initially pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at McGill. After then earning her MBA from Western, she embarked on a successful business career, working for a private hedge fund in Toronto. However, her passion for design never waned, and in 2013, she seized the opportunity to combine her business acumen with her creative talent and passion by owning and operating her own Decorating Den Interiors franchise.

South Dundas is a municipality containing multiple villages and hamlets in Ontario, Canada. The area’s name is in honor of Henry Dundas, who was Lord Advocate for Scotland and Colonial Secretary at the time of its formation. South Dundas is most known for its discovery and cultivation of the McIntosh Apple.

Historical Society of South Dundas – The Historical Society of South Dundas is a volunteer-led organization that preserves and promotes the rich history of South Dundas. The volunteers help maintain various buildings and monuments within the area.

South Dundas Minor Hockey Association – The South Dundas Minor Hockey Association organizes youth hockey leagues and tournaments throughout all of South Dundas’ villages.

Dundas Little Theatre – The Dundas Little Theatre is a non-profit theatre organization that strives to expose South Dundas residents to live theatre and arts in hopes of inspiring them to get involved in the arts.
